I am a Spanish Lawyer or Abogado, which is similar to a Solicitor in the UK. An Abogado is a highly qualified Spanish Lawyer.
I practice Spanish Law from my base here in the UK. I am based in Liverpool but can deal with clients from anywhere in the UK or Spain. I am also a director of the Spanish law firm Sanchez Padilla and can therefore provide coverage across the whole of the Spanish Court system, including mainland Spain, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
I provide the services of a qualified Spanish Lawyer, registered as a European Lawyer (REL) with the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and the necessary Notarial support and assistance, without you having to travel to Spain personally or authorise a Spanish law practice to deal with your business.
I am also registered with the British and Spanish Law Association. I am listed by the Spanish Consulate in Manchester as a recommended Lawyer and I am a member of the Bar Association of Granada.
I graduated as a Lawyer from the University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain, 1994-1998. I obtained my Master“s degree in Town Planning in 2004.
Besides this I have a high level of experience on litigious issues, town planning, real estate and commercial, among others areas of law. I have been a Lawyer of the Andalusian Board of Architects for more than five years, advising Spanish and English clients about investments, contracts, wills and power of attorneys from England and Spain.
